1. Program description

Flying Goat Agency operates a recurring SMS program. Messages include both customer-care messages (for example, follow-ups on a Growth Audit you requested, replies to your inquiry, and help scheduling your free strategy call) and promotional messages (for example, offers and service announcements).

2. Sample messages

• “Hi, this is Gisele at Flying Goat Agency — I saw you ran a Growth Audit. Want me to set up your free strategy call? Reply STOP to opt out.”

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan and carrier; please contact your wireless carrier for details. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT) to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then you will receive no further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers, and supported carriers may change at any time.
